Easy Milk Fudge (3–4 Ingredients)

🔹 Ingredients:

  • 1 can (395g / 14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups (400g) brown sugar or white sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

🔹 Instructions:

Step 1: Cook

  1. In a non-stick saucepan, combine condensed milk, sugar, and butter.
  2. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly.
  3. The mixture will thicken and start pulling away from the sides (about 10–15 minutes).
  4. When very thick and smooth, remove from heat.
  5. Stir in vanilla.

Step 2: Set

  1. Pour into a greased or parchment-lined pan.
  2. Smooth the top.
  3. Let cool at room temperature or refrigerate 1–2 hours.

Step 3: Cut

  • Once firm, cut into small cubes like in the picture.

💡 Tips:

  • Stir constantly to prevent burning.
  • For chocolate version: add ½ cup cocoa powder.
  • For nutty flavor: add chopped walnuts or peanuts.
  • For caramel flavor: use all brown sugar.
