Instructions

1. Sear the Chicken

  1. Heat oil or butter in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Brown the chicken on all sides, then remove and set aside.

2. Cook the Onions & Garlic

  1. In the same pan, sauté onions until soft and golden.
  2. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.

3. Simmer
