
👩🍳 Instructions:
- In a non-stick pan, add the butter and melt over medium heat.
- Add the condensed milk, heavy cream, and shredded coconut.
- Stir constantly over medium heat for about 8–10 minutes, or until the mixture thickens and starts pulling away from the sides of the pan (like a soft brigadeiro consistency).
- Add vanilla extract or a pinch of salt for extra depth of flavor (optional).
- Once thickened, pour into a glass dish or divide into small cups.
- Let cool at room temperature or refrigerate for 15–20 minutes before serving.
