Easy Coconut and Condensed Milk Dessert, in 15 Minutes


👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. In a non-stick pan, add the butter and melt over medium heat.
  2. Add the condensed milk, heavy cream, and shredded coconut.
  3. Stir constantly over medium heat for about 8–10 minutes, or until the mixture thickens and starts pulling away from the sides of the pan (like a soft brigadeiro consistency).
  4. Add vanilla extract or a pinch of salt for extra depth of flavor (optional).
  5. Once thickened, pour into a glass dish or divide into small cups.
  6. Let cool at room temperature or refrigerate for 15–20 minutes before serving.

🍒 Optional toppings:

  • Toasted coconut
  • Chopped nuts
  • Shaved chocolate
  • Fresh berries
