
🥣 Instructions:
1. Make the sponge layers:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, beat egg yolks with sugar until pale and creamy.
- Add vanilla, then gently fold in flour.
- Fold in egg whites carefully.
- Spread thin layers (6–8 circles) on parchment paper.
- Bake each layer for 5–8 minutes until lightly golden. Let cool.
