
Instructions:
- Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add vanilla and salt, then gently fold in flour.
- Divide batter into 6 thin layers and bake each at 180°C (350°F) for 6–8 minutes. Cool completely.
- Beat butter and powdered sugar until creamy.
- Add melted chocolate and vanilla; mix until smooth.
- Stack layers, spreading chocolate buttercream between each layer.
- For caramel: melt sugar with lemon juice until golden.
- Pour over the top layer and quickly spread.
- Score into slices before it hardens.
- Let set, then slice and serve.
