
Instructions:
- Spray the inside of your crockpot with nonstick spray.
- In a large bowl, mix together the soup, sour cream, melted butter, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the potatoes and 1 1/2 cups of the shredded cheese. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
- Pour mixture into the crockpot and spread evenly.
- Cover and cook:
- On low: 5–6 hours
- On high: 3–4 hours
- About 15 minutes before serving, sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese over the top, cover again, and let it melt.
- Garnish with parsley or chives before serving.
