Halloumi

1. Prep the halloumi
- Cut into bite-size chunks.
- Pat dry (important!).
- Toss in cornstarch to coat all sides.
2. Fry until crispy
- Heat a pan with 1β2 tbsp oil.
- Add halloumi pieces.
- Fry 1β2 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Remove and set aside.
3. Make the chili honey glaze
In the same pan, lower heat and add:
- Honey
- Chili flakes
- Lemon juice
- Soy sauce (optional)
Stir just until warm and bubbling.
4. Coat the halloumi
Add the crispy halloumi bites back to the pan.
Toss to coat in the sticky, spicy honey glaze.
