- Marinate chicken in buttermilk, garlic powder, paprika, salt & pepper for 30 mins (or overnight — even better!).
- Set up 3 bowls:
- Flour
- Beaten eggs
- Breadcrumbs
- Coat each tender: flour → egg → breadcrumbs.
- Fry in hot oil (350°F / 175°C) for about 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown

Air fry at 400°F for 10–12 mins, flipping halfway.
