Crispy Chicken Tenders with Dipping Sauce


👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk, garlic powder, paprika, salt & pepper for 30 mins (or overnight — even better!).
  2. Set up 3 bowls:
    • Flour
    • Beaten eggs
    • Breadcrumbs
  3. Coat each tender: flour → egg → breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry in hot oil (350°F / 175°C) for about 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown
    OR
    Air fry at 400°F for 10–12 mins, flipping halfway.

🍯 Honey Mustard Dip

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • ¼ cup ranch dressing

  • Pinch of smoked paprika

🧄 Garlic Aioli

  • ¼ cup mayo
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
