
Crispy Chicken Tenders with Dipping Sauce 🍗✨
Ingredients (Serves 4)
For the Chicken Tenders:
- 1 lb (450 g) chicken breast tenders
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crispiness)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2–3 tbsp vegetable oil (for pan-frying)
For the Dipping Sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Prepare breading:
Mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
Beat eggs in another dish. Place breadcrumbs in a third dish. - Coat chicken:
Dip each chicken tender first in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs. Press lightly to adhere. - Cook chicken:
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Fry chicken tenders 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Drain on paper towels. - Make dipping sauce:
Whisk mayonnaise, honey, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice together in a small bowl. - Serve:
Serve crispy chicken tenders hot with the dipping sauce.
