Ingredients (Serves 4)

For the Chicken Tenders:

  • 1 lb (450 g) chicken breast tenders
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crispiness)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2–3 tbsp vegetable oil (for pan-frying)

For the Dipping Sauce:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare breading:
    Mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
    Beat eggs in another dish. Place breadcrumbs in a third dish.
  2. Coat chicken:
    Dip each chicken tender first in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs. Press lightly to adhere.
  3. Cook chicken:
    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
    Fry chicken tenders 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
    Drain on paper towels.
  4. Make dipping sauce:
    Whisk mayonnaise, honey, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice together in a small bowl.
  5. Serve:
    Serve crispy chicken tenders hot with the dipping sauce.
