Crispy Chicken Tenders with Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
For the Chicken Tenders
- 1 lb chicken tenders (or sliced chicken breasts)
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (Panko for extra crunch)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Oil for frying
Dipping Sauce
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Optional: a dash of hot sauce
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Prepare three bowls:
- Flour
- Beaten eggs
- Breadcrumbs
- Coat each chicken tender: flour → egg → breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Fry tenders 3–4 minutes per side until crispy and golden.
- Mix all dipping sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
- Serve hot with the sauce.
