
Ingredients
- 200 g white chocolate
- 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream (for folding)
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate using a microwave or double boiler. Let it cool slightly.
- In a bowl, whip the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Gently mix the melted white chocolate into the whipped cream.
- Fold in the whipped cream slowly to keep the mousse light and fluffy.
- Spoon into serving glasses.
- Refrigerate for 1–2 hours before serving.
