Creamy White Chocolate Mousse Recipe

Ingredients

  • 200 g white chocolate
  • 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream (for folding)

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate using a microwave or double boiler. Let it cool slightly.
  2. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
  3. Gently mix the melted white chocolate into the whipped cream.
  4. Fold in the whipped cream slowly to keep the mousse light and fluffy.
  5. Spoon into serving glasses.
  6. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours before serving.
