
🥩🍝 Creamy Garlic Pasta with Steak Bites
Ingredients
- 12 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-size pieces
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1½ cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water; drain.
- Season steak with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat. Sear steak bites 2–3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- Lower heat. Add butter and garlic to the skillet; sauté 30 seconds.
- Pour in cream and red pepper flakes. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan until smooth.
- Add pasta and steak bites. Toss to coat, adding pasta water if needed.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
