Instructions

1. Season & sear the salmon

  1. Pat salmon dry and season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil + 1 tbsp butter in a skillet.
  3. Cook salmon 3–4 minutes per side until golden and almost cooked through.
  4. Remove and set aside.

2. Make the creamy garlic butter sauce

  1. In the same skillet, add 2 tbsp butter.
  2. Sauté onions for 1–2 minutes (optional).
  3. Add mushrooms and cook until softened.
  4. Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds.
  5. Pour in broth + cream. Stir.
  6. Add Parmesan, Italian seasoning, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
  7. Simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  8. Add spinach and let it wilt.

3. Bring it all together
