- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

- Cook the pasta
Boil pasta in salted water until al dente.
Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain. - Cook the chicken
Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
Heat butter and olive oil in a large pan.
Sear chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside. - Make the sauce
In the same pan, sauté garlic for 30 seconds (don’t brown).
Pour in chicken broth and scrape the pan.
