🔥 Instructions

  1. Cook the Linguine
    • Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook the Chicken
    • Heat olive oil + 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
    • Add the chicken, season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, & pepper.
    • Cook 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and cooked through.
    • Add minced garlic during the last minute and sauté until fragrant.
    • Remove chicken and set aside.
  3. Make the Alfredo Sauce
    • In the same skillet, melt 4 tbsp butter.
    • Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
    • Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
    • Cook until thick and creamy (3–4 minutes).
    • Season with salt & pepper to taste.
  4. Combine Everything
    • Add chicken back into the sauce.
    • Add cooked linguine and toss to coat everything evenly.
  5. Serve
    • Top with parsley and extra Parmesan.
    • Enjoy while warm!
