- Cook the Linguine
- Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Cook the Chicken
- Heat olive oil + 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken, season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, & pepper.
- Cook 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic during the last minute and sauté until fragrant.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- Make the Alfredo Sauce
- In the same skillet, melt 4 tbsp butter.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
- Cook until thick and creamy (3–4 minutes).
- Season with salt & pepper to taste.
- Combine Everything
- Add chicken back into the sauce.
- Add cooked linguine and toss to coat everything evenly.
- Serve
- Top with parsley and extra Parmesan.
- Enjoy while warm!
