
Creamy Garlic Butter Chicken & Linguine in Alfredo Sauce 🍝🧄🍗

Ingredients
- 12 oz linguine
- 2 large chicken breasts, sliced
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1½ cups heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp nutmeg (optional but amazing)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add chicken and cook 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside. - In the same skillet, melt remaining butter. Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, garlic powder, and nutmeg. Simmer gently 3–4 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan until smooth and creamy.
- Add cooked linguine and a splash of pasta water if needed.
- Slice chicken and return it to the pan. Toss everything together.
- Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan.

- Swap linguine for fettuccine if you like thicker pasta
