  • 12 oz linguine pasta
  • 2 large chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1½ cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg (optional)

  3. In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  4. Pour in heavy cream, add Italian seasoning and nutmeg. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
  5. Stir in Parmesan until smooth and creamy.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet, add cooked linguine, and toss to coat. Add reserved pasta water if needed.
  7. Adjust seasoning, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.

💡 Tip: Add mushrooms or spinach for extra flavor.
