Instructions

1. Cook the Pasta

  1. Boil linguine in salted water until al dente.
  2. Drain and set aside (reserve ½ cup pasta water).

2. Cook the Chicken

  1. Heat olive oil + butter in a skillet.
  2. Add the chicken, then season with salt, pepper, paprika, Italian seasoning.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant and chicken is golden.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside.

3. Make the Alfredo Sauce

  1. In the same pan, melt 2 tbsp butter.
  2. Pour in heavy cream, stirring gently.
  3. Add grated Parmesan and mix until smooth.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg if using.
  5. If too thick, add a splash of pasta water.

4. Assemble

  • Return chicken to the pan.
  • Add the cooked linguine.
  • Toss everything together until creamy and coated.
  • Let it simmer 1–2 minutes so flavors combine.
