🔹 Ingredients
For the Dough:
- 4 cups (500g) all-purpose flour
- 2¼ tsp (1 packet) instant yeast
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup warm milk
- ¼ cup oil or melted butter
- 1 egg
For the Filling:
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (or tuna)
- ½ cup mayonnaise or cream cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Step 1: Make the Dough
- Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit 5–10 minutes.
- Add egg, oil, salt, and flour.
- Knead 8–10 minutes until soft.
- Cover and let rise 1 hour until doubled.
Step 2: Prepare Filling
- Mix chicken, mayo/cream cheese, mozzarella, onion, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Stir until creamy and well combined.
Step 3: Shape the Rolls
- Divide dough into equal balls.
- Roll each into an oval or rectangle.
- Place filling at one end.
- Roll tightly into logs.
- Place seam-side down on baking tray.
Step 4: Bake
- Brush with egg wash.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes until golden.
