1. Make the base
- Crush biscuits into fine crumbs.
- Mix with melted butter.
- Press into the bottom of a 9×9 inch pan or casserole dish.
2. Make the cream
- In a large bowl, add:
- heavy cream
- milk
- condensed milk
- vanilla pudding mix
- vanilla extract
- Whisk for 2–3 minutes until thick and creamy.
(Instant pudding thickens fast — no mixer needed.)
3. Assemble
- Spread the cream mixture over the biscuit base.
- Smooth the top.
4. Chill
- Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight, until set.
