½ cup (70 g) freeze-dried berries, crushed (strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries)
1 cup (180 g) chocolate chips or melting chocolate for coating
Instructions
Mix filling: In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in crushed freeze-dried berries.
Form truffles: Scoop small portions (about 1 tbsp) and roll into balls. Place on a parchment-lined tray.
Chill: Refrigerate truffles for 30 minutes to firm up.
Coat with chocolate: Melt chocolate in a microwave or double boiler. Dip chilled truffles into melted chocolate, letting excess drip off. Place back on parchment paper.
Set: Refrigerate until chocolate is firm, about 15–20 minutes.
Serve: Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
