
Instructions:
- Mix the Cheese Base
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until smooth and well incorporated.
- Add Cranberries & Pecans
- Fold in dried cranberries and chopped pecans until evenly distributed.
- Shape the Cheese Ball
- Scoop the mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap.
- Use the plastic wrap to help form it into a tight ball.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1–2 hours to firm up.
- Coat the Cheese Ball
- Roll the chilled cheese ball in extra chopped pecans and a few cranberries if desired.
- Serve
- Place on a serving platter and serve with crackers, bread slices, or fresh veggies.
💡 Tips:
- Make ahead — cheese balls taste even better after chilling overnight.
- For a sweeter twist, drizzle a little honey on top before serving.
