Cranberry & Cream Cheese Puff Pastry Blossoms

Directions:

Preheat Oven: Heat to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare Puff Pastry: Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into 9 squares (about 3×3 inches).

Make Filling: In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, cranberry sauce, orange zest, and honey until smooth.

Assemble Blossoms: Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each square. Fold each corner toward the center to form a blossom and press gently to seal.

Egg Wash: Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.

Bake: Bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown and puffed.

Serve: Cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar if desired.
