Liquids
- 1/2 cup dry white wine (optional, but recommended)
- 2 cups seafood or chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk (or more cream for extra richness)
Seasoning
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp Old Bay or Cajun seasoning
