Instructions

1. Brown the Beef

  1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add beef cubes and brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.

2. Cook Onions & Garlic

  1. In the same pot, sauté onions until golden.

  2. Simmer 30–40 minutes until vegetables are cooked and the stew is thickened.
