
🍳 Instructions
1. Prepare the Pan
Line an 8×8-inch or 9×9-inch pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Set aside.
2. Melt the Chocolate
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine:
chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
Stir constantly until smooth and fully melted.
Do not let it boil — keep the heat low to avoid burning.
3. Add Flavor
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
If desired, fold in nuts or other mix-ins.
4. Pour & Set
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan.
Spread evenly with a spatula.
5. Chill
Refrigerate for 2–3 hours, or until firm.
6. Cut & Serve
Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper.
Cut into squares and serve.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
