
Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 oz dark or milk chocolate, chopped
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- ½ cup whipped cream or heavy cream (whipped)
- Chocolate cookies or biscuits, crushed (optional)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, whisk milk, cornstarch, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt until smooth.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
- Remove from heat; add chocolate and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
- In glasses, layer pudding, whipped cream, and crushed cookies if using.
- Repeat layers. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
