
🍪 Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Cookies
Ingredients
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1¾ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, cream butter, cream cheese, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Beat in egg and vanilla.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheet, spacing cookies apart.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool on the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a rack.
Tips
- Chill dough 30 minutes for thicker cookies
- Use mini chocolate chips for more even distribution
- Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days
