
Ingredients
- 500 g chicken feet (cleaned)
- 1 carrot
- 1 potato
- 1 small onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 handful green peas
- salt
- black pepper
- parsley
- 1.5–2 liters water
Instructions
- Wash the chicken feet well.
- Put them in a pot with water and bring to a boil.
- Add onion, garlic, carrot and potato.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Cook on low heat about 60–90 minutes until tender.
- Add peas and cook another 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle parsley and serve hot.
