Chicken Feet Soup

Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken feet (cleaned)
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 potato
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 handful green peas
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • parsley
  • 1.5–2 liters water

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken feet well.
  2. Put them in a pot with water and bring to a boil.
  3. Add onion, garlic, carrot and potato.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Cook on low heat about 60–90 minutes until tender.
  6. Add peas and cook another 10 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle parsley and serve hot.
