Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Butter Mixture:
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning together. Set aside.
- Assemble the Pizza Bombs:
- Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate the biscuits.
- Take each biscuit and flatten it slightly with your fingers to form a small disc.
- Place a small amount of mozzarella cheese (about 1 tablespoon) and a few pieces of pepperoni in the center of each disc.
- Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the cheese and pepperoni to form a ball, pinching the edges together to seal.
- Coat the Pizza Bombs:
- Place each pizza bomb seam-side down in the prepared baking dish or on the baking sheet.
- Brush the tops of the pizza bombs with the garlic butter mixture, making sure they are well coated.
- Bake:
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the pizza bombs are golden brown and the cheese inside is melted.
- Serve:
- Remove from the oven and let them cool for a minute or two. Serve warm with a side of pizza or marinara sauce for dipping.
