🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella/Colby Jack)
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking tray or lightly grease a dish.
