
Cheesy Chicken and Rice Casserole 🧀🍗

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- Optional: parsley or breadcrumbs for topping
Instructions
- Preheat Oven
Preheat to 350°F (180°C). Grease a baking dish. - Mix Filling
In a bowl, combine chicken, rice, cream of chicken soup, milk, butter, cheeses, and seasonings. - Assemble
Spread mixture evenly into the prepared dish. Top with extra cheese or breadcrumbs if desired. - Bake
Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden. - Serve
Let rest 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
