Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: parsley or breadcrumbs for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven
    Preheat to 350°F (180°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. Mix Filling
    In a bowl, combine chicken, rice, cream of chicken soup, milk, butter, cheeses, and seasonings.
  3. Assemble
    Spread mixture evenly into the prepared dish. Top with extra cheese or breadcrumbs if desired.
