Ingredients

Crust

  • 1½ cups graham cracker or biscuit crumbs
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar (optional)

Cheesecake Filling

  • 16 oz (450 g) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)

Topping (optional)

  • Fresh berries, fruit glaze, or chocolate drizzle

Instructions

  1. Mix biscuit crumbs with melted butter (and sugar if using). Press firmly into a tart pan. Chill 15 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice.
  3. Whip heavy cream to soft peaks and gently fold into cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spread filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top.
  5. Refrigerate 3–4 hours until set.
  6. Add toppings if desired, slice, and serve chilled.
