Ingredients
Crust
- 1½ cups graham cracker or biscuit crumbs
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 2 tbsp sugar (optional)
Cheesecake Filling
- 16 oz (450 g) cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
Topping (optional)
- Fresh berries, fruit glaze, or chocolate drizzle
Instructions
- Mix biscuit crumbs with melted butter (and sugar if using). Press firmly into a tart pan. Chill 15 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice.
- Whip heavy cream to soft peaks and gently fold into cream cheese mixture.
- Spread filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate 3–4 hours until set.
- Add toppings if desired, slice, and serve chilled.
