
🥣 Instructions
1. Bake the Cake
- Prepare the cake mix according to the box.
- Pour into two 8-inch (20 cm) round pans.
- Bake and let cool completely.
2. Make the Million-Dollar Cream
- In a bowl, whisk the pudding mix + cold milk until thick.
- Add sour cream + vanilla and mix.
- Fold in whipped cream gently.
- Fold in the drained crushed pineapple.
Cream will be fluffy, thick, and AMAZING.
3. Assemble the Cake
- Place the first cake layer on a plate.
- Spread a nice layer of cream.
- Add mandarin oranges.
- Add the second cake layer.
- Cover the top and sides with the remaining pineapple cream.
- Decorate with oranges or extra pineapple.
❄️ Chill
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (best overnight).
This makes the cake firm, creamy, and million-dollar delicious.
