🥣 Instructions

1. Bake the Cake

  1. Prepare the cake mix according to the box.
  2. Pour into two 8-inch (20 cm) round pans.
  3. Bake and let cool completely.

2. Make the Million-Dollar Cream

  1. In a bowl, whisk the pudding mix + cold milk until thick.
  2. Add sour cream + vanilla and mix.
  3. Fold in whipped cream gently.
  4. Fold in the drained crushed pineapple.

Cream will be fluffy, thick, and AMAZING.

3. Assemble the Cake

  1. Place the first cake layer on a plate.
  2. Spread a nice layer of cream.
  3. Add mandarin oranges.
  4. Add the second cake layer.
  5. Cover the top and sides with the remaining pineapple cream.
  6. Decorate with oranges or extra pineapple.

❄️ Chill

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (best overnight).
This makes the cake firm, creamy, and million-dollar delicious.
