
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease the 20 cm cake pan.
- Prepare the Cake Batter:
- In a bowl, beat the 6 eggs with 150 grams of sugar and vanilla sugar until the mixture is fluffy and light.
- Gradually add the 50 grams of flour and mix it gently.
- Prepare Sour Cream Mixture:
- In a separate bowl, mix 300 grams of sour cream with 70 grams of sugar and 1/8 teaspoon of lemon juice. Stir until smooth.
- Combine Ingredients:
- Pour the sour cream mixture into the cake batter and gently fold it in.
- Add the remaining 70 grams of flour and stir carefully to combine.
- Layer the Cake:
- Crush the Prince cookies and layer them on the bottom of the greased cake pan.
- Pour the batter on top of the cookies.
- Bake the Cake:
- Place the cake pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until the cake is golden and fully cooked through.
- Decorate:
- Once the cake is baked and cooled, dust it with powdered sugar and sprinkle powdered coconut on top for decoration.
