Cake with Coconut and Prince Cookies Recipe

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease the 20 cm cake pan.
  2. Prepare the Cake Batter:
    • In a bowl, beat the 6 eggs with 150 grams of sugar and vanilla sugar until the mixture is fluffy and light.
    • Gradually add the 50 grams of flour and mix it gently.
  3. Prepare Sour Cream Mixture:
    • In a separate bowl, mix 300 grams of sour cream with 70 grams of sugar and 1/8 teaspoon of lemon juice. Stir until smooth.
  4. Combine Ingredients:
    • Pour the sour cream mixture into the cake batter and gently fold it in.
    • Add the remaining 70 grams of flour and stir carefully to combine.
  5. Layer the Cake:
    • Crush the Prince cookies and layer them on the bottom of the greased cake pan.
    • Pour the batter on top of the cookies.
  6. Bake the Cake:
    • Place the cake pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until the cake is golden and fully cooked through.
  7. Decorate:
    • Once the cake is baked and cooled, dust it with powdered sugar and sprinkle powdered coconut on top for decoration.
