1. Make the dough (2 minutes)
In a bowl, mix:
- Flour
- Sugar
- Salt
- Baking powder
Add warm water + 1 tbsp oil.
Mix with a spoon, then with your hands until a soft dough forms.

2. Shape (1–2 minutes)
Divide into 6–8 balls.
Flatten each into a round bread shape.
3. Cook on the stove (6 minutes)
Heat a nonstick pan on medium.
Brush lightly with oil or butter.
Cook each bread for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and puffed.
Done!
