Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar (optional)
- ¾ cup yogurt or milk
- 1 tbsp oil or melted butter
Instructions:
- Mix dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, salt, sugar.
- Add wet ingredients: yogurt (or milk) and oil. Mix until a soft dough forms.
- Divide dough into small balls and flatten slightly.
- Cook on a hot non-stick pan over medium heat (no oil needed).
Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and puffed. - Serve warm — brush with butter if you like 😋
