For the stew

- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika (optional but amazing)
- 2–3 tbsp oil

- 3–4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 celery stalks, sliced
- 3 large carrots, chopped
- 3–4 potatoes, cubed
Liquids & Seasoning
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (or soy sauce)
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp dried thyme or Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste
To Thicken (optional but amazing)
