Banana Blueberry Cake

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
  2. Mix wet ingredients: In a bowl, whisk mashed bananas, sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla.
  3. Combine dry ingredients: In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  4. Combine wet & dry: Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk or yogurt.
  5. Fold in blueberries gently to keep them whole.
  6. Bake: Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool & enjoy! Let cool before slicing. Serve plain or with a dusting of powdered sugar.
