
How to make it FAST:
- Wash and dry potato. Prick several times with a fork.
- Microwave for 4–6 minutes, flipping halfway. (It should feel soft when squeezed with a towel.)
- Rub with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Place in a preheated 450°F oven or air fryer for 5–10 minutes until crispy outside.
- Cut open, fluff with a fork, and load with toppings. Done!
