Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare lobster tails:
- Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell lengthwise down the middle, stopping just before the tail fin.
- Gently pull the shell apart and lift the lobster meat, resting it on top of the shell.
- Make garlic butter:
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush lobster tails:
- Place lobster tails on a baking sheet. Brush generously with the garlic butter mixture.
- Bake:
- Bake lobster tails for 12–15 minutes, depending on size, until the meat is opaque and slightly firm. Baste once halfway through with remaining garlic butter.
- Serve:
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges. Optional: serve extra garlic butter on the side for dipping.
✅ Tips for Perfect Lobster Tails:
- Don’t overcook—lobster meat becomes tough quickly.
- Basting halfway through keeps the meat juicy and flavorful.
- For extra flavor, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end to lightly caramelize the top.
