Instructions
- Preheat oven:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare cauliflower:
- In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Make sure each piece is coated evenly.
- Bake:
- Spread the florets in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and slightly crispy.
- Add optional toppings:
- If using Parmesan or nutritional yeast, sprinkle over the cauliflower in the last 5 minutes of baking.
- Serve:
- Remove from oven, garnish with parsley or a squeeze of lemon, and serve warm.
✅ Tips:
- For extra crispiness, don’t overcrowd the baking sheet.
- You can add a little chili powder or cayenne for a spicy kick.
- Leftovers reheat well in the oven or air fryer.
If you want, I can also give you a super quick garlic butter version that comes out perfectly tender and flavorful in just 15 minutes.
