Bacon Cheeseburger Stuffed Tater Tot Cones

Instructions:

1. Make the tater tot cones

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Spray a metal cone mold (or form a cone shape from foil) with nonstick spray.
  • Arrange tater tots around the cone in a single layer, overlapping slightly.
  • Bake 20–25 minutes until tots are crisp and golden, carefully removing cones from molds once set.

2. Cook the burger filling

  • In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned.
  • Add garlic, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire, salt & pepper.
  • Stir in ½ cup shredded cheddar until melty.

3. Assemble

  • Fill each crispy tot cone with the cheeseburger mixture.
  • Sprinkle more cheddar and bacon crumbles on top.
  • Return to oven for a few minutes until cheese is bubbly.

4. Garnish & serve

  • Top with pickles, lettuce, tomato, or drizzle with ranch/ketchup.
  • Serve hot as a fun party snack or game-day food. 🎉

🔥 Shortcut: If cones feel tricky, you can press tater tots into muffin tins to make “tot cups” and stuff them with the same filling.

Would you like me to also give you a loaded Tex-Mex version (with taco beef, jalapeños, and queso) for a spicier twist?
