Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a loaf pan or line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. Mix meatloaf
    • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, garlic, milk, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper.
    • Mix gently with your hands until just combined (don’t overmix).
  3. Form loaf
    • Shape mixture into a loaf and place in pan.
  4. Add topping
    • In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Spread evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
    • Lay bacon slices across the top (optional but amazing).
  5. Bake
    • Bake uncovered for 55–65 minutes, or until internal temp reaches 160°F (71°C).
    • In the last 10 minutes, sprinkle extra cheddar on top so it melts into the glaze.
  6. Rest & serve
    • Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.

✨ This meatloaf tastes like a giant cheesy bacon burger—perfect with mashed potatoes, fries, or even tucked into a sandwich.
