
Instructions
- Heat oil and sauté onions until soft.
- Add sliced peppers → cook 5–7 minutes.
- Stir in paprika (remove pan briefly from heat so it won’t burn).
- Add tomatoes and salt.
- Cover and simmer 20–25 minutes until peppers are soft.
- Optional: add sausage and cook 10 minutes more.
- Optional: stir in beaten eggs and cook 1–2 minutes.
Serving
- With fresh bread
- With rice
- With eggs mixed in
- With sausage for a fuller meal
