
Amish Vegetable Cream Cheese Tortilla Roll-Ups
Ingredients:
- 8 large flour tortillas (soft, burrito-size)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup finely chopped bell peppers (any color)
- ½ cup finely chopped broccoli
- ¼ cup finely chopped carrots
- ¼ cup finely chopped green onions
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in cheddar cheese, vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread an even layer of the mixture over each tortilla.
- Roll tortillas tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for 1–2 hours to firm up.
- Slice into bite-size roll-ups and serve chilled.
