- Roll & Chill
- Roll tortillas tightly into a log.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Slice & Serve
- Slice each log into 1-inch pinwheels.
- Arrange on a platter and serve chilled.
