- 2 lbs chicken tenders, thighs, or breast (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 stick butter (melted)
- 8-10 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried parsley (or fresh parsley, finely chopped)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes, if using)
