1. Prep the Potatoes

- Slice baby potatoes in half.

- salt & pepper
3. Coat & Arrange
- Toss potatoes in the mixture.

- Place potatoes cut-side down on a parchment-lined tray.
- Pour any extra garlic butter over them.
4. Bake
Bake 30–40 minutes until the bottoms are crispy, golden, and caramelized.
5. Serve
Flip the potatoes to reveal a crispy Parmesan crust.
Sprinkle with parsley and extra Parmesan if you like.
