- Preheat the oven:
Set to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a loaf pan. - Mix the meatloaf:
In a large bowl, combine breadcrumbs and milk. Let sit 2 minutes to soften.
Add ground beef, onion, garlic, eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings.

Shape into a loaf on your prepared pan (or use a loaf pan).
Bake uncovered for 40 minutes. - Add the glaze:
Stir together ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard.
Brush half over the meatloaf after 40 minutes, then bake another 15–20 minutes until fully cooked (internal temp 160°F / 71°C).
